ModWright Logitech Transporter

I am the original owner of this Logitech Transporter and had it modified directly by Modwright. This DAC has been responsibly used in a pet and smoke free home.  It works just like new and is in overall excellent condition. There is a small scuff in the case along the upper right edge, but otherwise it looks great cosmetically. Likewise, it sounds amazing and the wireless streaming abilities make it easy to access your digital music files as well as online streaming from Pandora, Spotify and Tidal.

This Transporter was ahead of its time when released and it still has lots of features that make it surpass many current DACs up to $4K!

In addition to the Transporter, the following accessories are included:

• A pair of 6SN7 to 6CG7 adapter plugs

The included rectifier tubes are a Phillips 5R4GYS, Tung-Sol 5U4GB and a Mullard 5AR4/GZ34. The Phillips tube was purchased new from Upscale Audio and has less than 200 hours on it. The other two tubes are NOS and have been used in the system intermittently over the past few years.

The included signal tubes are Shuguang Treasure CV 181-2 6SN7, RCA 6FQ7/6CG7 and RCA 6BQ7A/6BZ7.  The Shuguang Treasure tubes were purchased new and have less than 200 hours on them. The combo of the Phillips 5R4GYS and Shuguang Treasures sounded best in my system, but you'll have a few sets of different tubes to play with and see what sounds best in yours!
