WADAX SA Ultimate Trio w/ Nano 3.0 phono & Zepto clock

This a demo that has never left my reference room. The condition is "as new". It is fully updated circa Q3 2017.

The NANO 3.0 phono stage is the basis for the reference Atlantis phono stage at a fraction of the price. It was introduced Q3 2017 and is a $5,000 upgrade by itself to the phono stage. It is so good, no mapping is necessary IMO for amazing phono reproduction.

The Zepto super clock is another very expensive option at $7,500 and is the very same clock MSB and others charge $10,000+ for. It is the most accurate clock available unless you are the US Government. There is no consumer clock as accurate. The clock necessitated a brand new design implementation, one which Wadax considers the absolute for timing circuitry.

The PRE One Ultimate Trio is a remote controlled preamplifier, phono stage, DSD (1x & 2x) digital-to-analogue converter, analogue-to-digital and solid stage drive server. This convergence allows for a simpler signal path and fewer cables.

The PRE One Ultimate Trio can be integrated into any system. It accepts digital inputs via USB, SPDIF, TOSLINK, and BNC. It accepts balanced and single-ended analog inputs. It can be connected to an amplifier through its single-ended or balanced outputs.

Utilizing the WADAX MusIC™ process, it operates entirely in the digital domain allowing the A/D and D/A converters to process under ideal conditions. Phono is an especially strong suit of this three box engineering marvel utilizing fully custom RIAA signal reconstruction.

Background: Every user's tonearm, cartridge, and cable combination has a non-linear transfer function unique to that system. Reversing the contamination occurring in this chain is the DiVin Mapper, comprised of a custom lacquer LP and recorder. The signal patterns are captured as played on your turntable, recorded, analyzed and sent back as fully individualized and calibrated ‘plug n’ play’ RIAA maps.

Vinyl replay at this level of precision and phase coherence is only possible in the digital domain with no phase shift. The resultant phase correct playback is a true paradigm shift towards musical accuracy and emotional connectivity. It is the purest copy of the original content recorded into the vinyl and can be saved in the digital domain. Your vinyl LP’s can become your archive.

The line stage preamplifier is phenomenal as a stand-alone. Unless you have one of a tiny number of hyper-expensive uber external line stages (that I am aware of having tried many of the contenders) you will only go backward adding an external line stage (and turning off the built-in line stage).

The Hermes Server has a pop-out tray for loading discs and two bay doors on the back of the unit for loading solid state disks. JRemote is recommended for media access and the preferred method of connection is USB.
