The amp is 4 months old (unused for 2), must have had around 500 hours - VCAPs are probably not fully run in yet. All original tubes included (see pics):

Would prefer a bank transfer of GBP 2,060 into UK bank account (which is $3200 on 31st MAY). EU Import Duty already paid for; if you were to order the amp now, you'd end up paying at least GBP 550 as Import Duty into UK/EU; expedited delivery from US to Europe costs around GBP 190; you could save in total at least GBP 700

This is a 220/240V version; for N. American buyers I am happy to send it back to Decware for a 120V refitting & will cover associated costs (this will also cover the Life-time warranty transfer to the new owner); the only additional cost for the buyer would be postage from Decware to wherever you are.
