I tried to add pictures when I made the listing but a series of errors with the uploads prevented them from being uploaded. This is an error I experienced with Audiogon's "new and improved" layout. Another nice feature they decided to get rid of in their infinite wisdom is adding pictures once the listing has been posted (which makes no sense for a classified ad but I digress. This basically means that if I want to get the pictures into my listing I need to delete this one, accept that I just lost $4.00 because of an inherent flaw in Audiogon's system. I've attempted to contact some kind of technical support on numerous accounts to no avail. Apparently I'm getting Craigslist quality service, yet I'm paying to use it. This is precisely why eBay remains the top contender. Don't get me wrong, I understand why eBay is so sucessful, they have tremendous customer support (in comparison to here), it's highly regulated, and they charge higher fees so they can afford all the a fore mentioned things. However, to out right ignore a PAYING customer that has a real problem that can be solved very easily and without unreasonable difficulty is pathetic.

So yeah, I understand why I've been offered $400 for an item that has a fair market value of $600 when I don't have a picture to show the buyer what the item actually looks like. If I could upload the 4 pictures I tried to upload last night I would, but alas here we are.

Up for sale is a Definitive Technology Supercube I home theater powered subwoofer. It is used but in very good condition and works excellent. Unfortunately it is far too much subwoofer for my apartment. It is one of the most musical subwoofers I've had the pleasure of owning. It blended perfectly with my Thiels. The problem is the dynamic headroom is most certainly disturbing my neighbors so it has to go. The Supercube I features a front firing 10" active driver in conjunction with a pair of side firing passive radiators powered by a very effective class D 1500 watt amplifier.

Rated 7/10 for some scuffs on the top plate and one missing rubber foot. If the subwoofer is going to be sitting on carpet this will not be a problem. Sorry, no spikes.

Local pickup is OK and preferred. I will ship the subwoofer via FedEX. It will be packed very well by myself or PakMail if time does not permit for me to pack it.

EDIT: In regard to the above editorial. It appears my cries have been heard or I was experiencing a temporary problem with Audiogon. In either case, I can finally add my pictures!
