I purchased these new in 1971. Original grills with no snags. No repairs. All parts original. If you're building a retro system or just want terrific sound from beautiful speakers, these are for you! Danish walnut cases have slight imperfections that are hardly noticeable. They've never needed service and have never been disassembled.

The A-25s were among the most popular bookshelf/small floor-standing speakers in the early 1970s. With more than 600,000 sold, the Dynaco A-25s were the most popular quality speaker of all time.

The Dynaco A-25 features a 10" woofer with a rubber surround. The rubber surround is significant because it does not deteriorate. Many older speakers used foam surrounds which turn to dust over time. The Dynaco A-25 also features a high quality tweeter, with a 1500 hz crossover frequency.
The speaker is about 20" tall, 11.5" wide, and 10" deep, weighing just over 20 lbs. each. It is finished in high quality walnut veneer, and is really pretty.
