If you are looking to have the best of both worlds stereo and theater this is the best deal in audio. I have had the Proceed avp2, Classe ssp800, Mcintosh 136, Arcam 888, Anthem, Sherbourn, Meridian, ect and this one is better than all of them Classe ssp800 was equally as good. The pro has all xlr inputs and 7.1 analog input. If you use an hdmi ir switcher (for video $100.00) with an oppo bluray you will have the best surround available. This unit has true analog bypass that rivals any analog preamps.

When I got it I sent it to Noble to have the software upgraded to the last version 3.2 and they also checked the entire unit so the unit is working perfectly.
