Earthquake Cinenova Grande 300 watt x 5 channel amp

Up for sale from my personal system is a legendary beast of an amp, the Earthquake Cinenova Grande which puts out 300 watts into each of its 5 channels at 8 ohms and fully doubles that to 600 watts per channel x 5 for 4 ohm loads, providing tremendous power and authority for home theater and music. This is one of the best amplifiers you can buy in the under-$5,000 price range. You can search the web (links not allowed here) for the glowing review by hometheaterhifi magazine when this brute was released to the market at $4,499.

The amp is in perfect sonic order, all 5 channels sound stunning. Cosmetics look good for a used piece, some normal light wear marks but nothing ugly. On the rear panel each channel has an optional crossover that is never used by the vast majority of owners. The little plastic switches that change these crossover settings have snapped off on a few of the channels but they can still be changed using an object such as a ball point pen (I have them all set to OFF where they should stay unless you have a very specific need to engage the crossover).

I am including a thick audiophile 12-foot 20-amp A/C power cable from high-end make Signal which I purchased new for $125.

I have priced to sell at only $1385 including the Signal Power cord, it's a tremendous value if you are after a high-performance upgrade for your system. I prefer local pickup in the greater Seattle area for this 135-pound heavy duty crated amp. I will also consider shipping in the contiguous US (at your expense, around $125 for insured FedEx Ground depending on your location). I still have the original Cinenova wooden shipping crate.
