I would rate this 10/10 as it looks new, however i would put 9/10 to be conservative. Come with NOS tube install (GE, made in USA). The NOS tube have less than 8 hrs on it or could be brand new never use (this tells you how little this DAC has been turn on.)
All the cap for the RCA and Toslink are included, extra fuses, cord, user manual, box for the NOS tube. Paypal add 3%.
