Emotive Audio Custom E-Linear Monoblock Power Amplifiers

This beautiful set of custom amps shares a strong family resemblance to our top level Vita monoblock power amplifiers--so much so that we have taken to calling them the Vita-lights. And, they feature nearly identical circuits, with just a few changes. The tubes' heater supply is a bit less complex, as is the high voltage power supply. Some of the parts we've used in these amps are also different, but not in ways that affect sonics or performance negatively. In truth, the main difference between these amps and the Vitas is weight. These amps weigh much less than Vitas. This is because, unlike the Vitas, these amps use aluminum chassis and unpotted transformers. So, to be clear, these are a set of custom amps with nearly the same specs as the Vitas, but lighter making them easier to transport and set-up. A few basic specs--these put out around 50 Watts of ultra high quality audio. They are based on our own E-Linear(TM) topology. These use the finest parts available--Teflon tube sockets, Superb V-Cap Teflon film coupling caps, A mix of Mills and Takman resistors, WBT connectors, and more. The circuit combined with the parts quality yields a set of amps that can't be touched for anywhere near the price we are asking for these. These are, simply put, the best amps you will find at anywhere near this price. These amps are only about 2 years old, in perfect condition, and, with beautiful tiger maple wooden chassis frames, drop dead gorgeous. These sold for $24,000 when new. At $12,000 they are an absolutely fantastic value. Included in the price, I will warrant these amps as new--5 years, parts and labor.
