A fantastic EAD DAC Digital Processor with HDCD feature. I had this unit for a long time and I remember the last time I used it it was acting funny. Sometimes it will not lock onto the digital signal, and sometimes it worked flawlessly.
So that is why the price is so low. This is AS IS sale. You may ( or may not) ever have a problem with it and enjoy this wonderful processor at the fraction of the cost.
The unit itself is in very good shape for its age , no major scratches. I have the manual but not the original box.
