A little piece of Audio History... This is a Proto Type #01 from Damien Martin's Entec. It's full history is on inside of the bottom plate.

Designed by Damien Martin, built by Jerry Crosby (11.94), moddified from revision 1.5 (11.94), to 1.6 (6.99), to 2.0 (9.00), to 3.0 (8.04) by R Crump - Tg Audio. Signed by all...

I have enjoyed this DAC for the last couple of years (sent everything from a BAT vkd5se superpak, to every Benchmark and BelCanto Dac to come across it's path, running). It has a Phase switch in front (up is Regular Phase, middle is Standy (off), down is 180' out of phase) - BNC in, RCA's out. I have a sweet DH Labs .85m D-75 digital cable (RCA to BNC) I can include with it - as well as a RCA to BNC adapter if necc.

Apparently Bob Crump did only a hand full of 3.0 Revision mod's (prior to his passing RIP!). Designed to be close enough to a Rockport TT &Linear Arm/Parnassus DCT to allow digital to be enjoyed by Bob as much as his analog.

The 3.0 rev includes: 2 power supplies one analog, one digital; both High Isolation Ei Transformers and Schotky rectifier diodes along with Nichicon Muse Caps... into shunt regulators... REL teflon Trim Caps...Resista Resistors throughout (same as Blowtorch/Vendetta)...TG Ac wiring into Switchcraft IEC (best ever), DC wiring is TG, output signal wire is Bear Labs (same as Blowtorch), about 2-3 days of work, replacing almost everything on the boards but the chipset, to get it to be the firebreather it is now!

Add a good transport (like the Parasound 2000, CEC, or UTP-1) and your Digital will finally match your analog front end (or beat it like it does mine). The Original owner went to a Lindemann 820S to finally part with this...

This is a relisting... as I was unable to update that add properly (by-product of the "improved Agon"). Will be double boxed for safe shipment. All Credit Cards via payapl.com. USPS MO happily accepted as well. Cashiers Check will only be accepted from members with good feedback history.
