This Fireball is out of the dedicated theater in our showroom. It has seen very light use, and is in perfect working condition. This unit was mounted in a Middle Atlantic rack, so does not have any scratches from getting moved around over time. There is a small scuff on the front LED window, but I still rated the unit 8/10, since there are no other scratches on the top, sides, or back. The manual is available online; we will be happy to print it and ship it per buyer request.
