"...You'll be happy to know that the cable came. Plugged it into the preamp for which I bought it. Improvement noticeable immediately -- hard to see how it could get better, although there may still be a break-in process. More listening to-day, hard to stop putting on one disc after another. Better definition of sound; words easier to follow -- I felt as if my Latin and German had both improved! Easier flow of power seems to allow quicker transients, at least that's the impression I get. High notes more substantial, as well as beautifully clean. Bass lines better sorted out, also I think deeper sound stage. No question, this was a really worthwhile upgrade...."
