Fried C-2 stereo speakers were designed by the legendary Irving "Bud" Fried. These are the second version of the C series. They utilize the original Dyne Audio D-28 tweeter and a Polypropylene mid/bass driver. The cabinets are constructed of high density 90# press particle board with oiled Walnut veneer. The cabinets angle back to time align the drivers and narrow at the top to reduce baffle board diffraction. These have great imaging and staging along with outstanding detail. The top end is not only detailed but is smooth with no harshness. In A/B tests I feel these easily out perform LS35As, Linn Kan, and other satellite/monitors of their day. PayPal accepted.
