The KEF LS50 has earned its place as a Class A speaker in
Stereophile’s recommended components since it debuted five years ago. It
features pinpoint imaging and an almost tactile sense of instruments in space.
I’ve run these off a Schiit Ragnorak 65 watt integrated (Herb Reichart thought it a perfect match) to
good effect in my mid-sized room. The driver is based on the one used in the
KEF Blade, a high resolution unit. The bass is realistic and with surprising
power but not in the class of a full range monitor or burly subwoofers. They were a bargain at $1500 when they first appeared.

| May be a fake listing...I just paid for these speakers won from a previous listing at 8:13 Central time and these speakers were listed for sale at 6:13 Pacific time...the exact same time that I paid for the ones I bought.
