Pair of rosewood b w matrix 800s. one of the speakers has problem with midrange and tweeter. had tried with an outboard crossover and that is when problem started. purchase another pair of midrange and treble crossovers. also have another pair or two of midrange drivers. just too busy to see if i can repair. krell specific crossover for 800 available for add'l $1000.00 have rated as 5 but really closer to 7. quite presentable. grills a bit frayed on some edges and a couple have the plastic backing of the grills cracked. still seem to hold well though. unable to ship until week of oct 10th and then mid november.

| what exactly is the problem are they blown? Or just not working? Why did you bypass original crossovers? I thought it would be an improvement to triamp the speakers and as such used a different crossover than the krell which only divided into bass and mid/treble range. the mid/treble was then routed through the passive crossover in the 800.
I believe that the mid range speakers (2) and possibly the tweeter of one speaker were damaged. not sure as I did not do extensive diagnosic tests. before all of this I had a capacitor fail on the passive crossover and replaced that.
