Coincident Speaker Tech Victory II SET and OTL friendly speakers, 97db, 14 ohms

Arthur Salvatore wrote of these speakers, "there will
be a lucky audiophile whenever a pair of these speakers becomes
available." There were only 18 pair made, according to Salvatore, and mine
are now up for sale.



These are great sounding speakers that work well with SET and OTL amplifiers. I
used them with my Joule Electra OTL amplifier and liked them much better than
my Merlin VSM speakers. The Victory II's also work great with my Coincident
Frankenstein 8 watt SET amps. I am willing to demo to interested buyers.

There are two nicks in the finish of one of the speakers, and a couple of other
minor marks not visible unless looking up close. Please see photos. I spoke to
a furniture repair person who said he could fix just the nicks, or he can
refinish the entire speaker if wanted. I will leave it up to the new owner to
decide what to do. To me, the cosmetic blemishes look worse in the photos than
they do in person. They came that way when I bought the speakers 3 years ago. I think they still look nice.



These were previously listed on another site. I am ready now to let these go at
a much lower price, as I want to reduce the clutter in my music room. I have
moved my audio system into a larger music room and now have speakers that are
more appropriate for the room, so these have to go.



Local pick up is strongly preferred. I do not have the original boxes. I am
willing to deliver anywhere in San Diego county or south Riverside county.



If you really want these shipped, I can work with you. Shipping would be
determined after the auction ends. I have used a packaging service near where I
live that has done great work for me in the past. These will fit nicely into
the boxes for my other speakers (Von Schweikert floorstanders), with just a
little more padding that I would have my packaging service provide. The boxes
that I have are excellently engineered and should work really well. I would pay
for the packaging service. Shipping would be the buyer's responsibility, at
actual cost. Shipping would be expensive, say $350-$400 for two boxes (that is
around what it cost to ship my new speakers to me coast to coast). The
Coincidents don't weigh as much, so maybe shipping would be less. Again,
shipping would be at actual cost.
