For sale is a pair of Dunlavy Labs SC-IVa fresh from a mastering studio. The IVa model is the most sought after by mastering engineers due to their outstanding frequency range and flat response - an enhancement to the SC-IV and on-par with B&W 800 series, Eggleston, and Magico. You will hear your recordings reproduced like never before. The drivers are aligned in a D'Appolito arrangement and each is surrounded in thick layers of felt to aid in speaker-face reflections and directionality.
The grille cloths and drivers are in as-new condition, as are the speakers cabinets and oak veneers themselves. The wide and detachable bases are also as-new. They come wrapped in plastic, padded on the corners, then inserted in the first box, then that box is padded on the corners and put in a second box. They've been so carefully cared for that the sale includes all receipts and the original manual.
