Tower speakers from the late 80's - early '90s, I bought them new sometime around '91. I have them in a 2nd home that's going to be re-modeled, thus I have to move these out. They still sound good, they're efficient, I've been driving them with my vintage Kenwood 27 watt integrated. Foam surrounds look good, and they'll play loud with no distortion. One of the speakers sat too long near a window, so the walnut finish is very bleached. Speaker grills are all good. Epicures were notorious for having loose speaker binding posts, these are no exception, but no problems if treated with care. I don't have the boundary control. Rating 6/10 for age and fading.
I'm looking to move these so my reserve is low at $100. But I won't ship these as I don't have the original boxes and they're too big. So the buyer has to come to Whitewater Wisconsin to pick them up. At this price, no auditions, you win the auction and they're yours.
