For sale Hales Concept 2 loudspeaker. Designed and built in the US by Paul Hales. The Concept 2 is a really outstanding two way speaker with 1" aluminum tweeter and 8" Kevlar midrange/woofer. Massive bracing w rock solid cabinets weighing in at 85 lbs each. Sloped baffles and time aligned drivers they look as cool as they sound. 6 ohm, 86 db sensitivity they are easily powered. Used a 55 w tube integrated and a 200w solid state amp with good results. Cosmetically about an 8 needs a little touch up here and there. Grills have some issues on bottoms no big tears or rips. Functionally a 10 drivers are in excellent condition w two sets of binding posts w Cardas jumpers. Dimensions are 36" H x 10" W x 16.5" d. Do not have boxes. Local pickup or delivery within a reasonable distance. Will include original Stereophile mag w speaker review.
