JBL C38 D130 & 075 (030 Load) [Template]

JBL C38 style cabinets with original JBL D130 woofers and JBL 075 tweeters.

D130 Serial Numbers are: 68395 & 68400 with original cones.

075 Tweeter Serial Numbers are: 35033 & 35032

Crossovers are the N2600 model

Cabinets appear to have been built by a cabinet maker to JBL's specifications.  This was done in the 1950's & 1960's quite often.  Cabinets are 3/4" ply with a walnut laminate that is in decent shape.  Solid and heavy cabinets with wood legs/brass tipped.  

Very difficult to find these and they fetch big money on Ebay due to the international buyer demand.  I don't want to hassle with Ebay or shipping international.  Heck, I don't even want to ship period.  That's why these are offered as local pick-up only.  If you do want to live with the guilt of parting these original gems out, there is money to be made.

 These play louder and with less power than my Klipsch KLF-20 speakers.  Upwards of 101db efficient.  Perfect for the triode tube fan.  16ohm nominal rating, but more like 10ohms.   My TPA3116D2 amps sound great on them.  

Crossovers are original with original "Chicago" caps.

I obtained these from a gentleman who purchased them at an Estate Sale.
