Proac Three Point Five in Yew

For sale is a legendary pair of speakers from premier English speaker manufacturer Proac model 3.5 . It pains me to sell them but I have way too many speakers and something has to go. Speakers in question are all original and fragile woofers still have original suspension which works well . The foam is little sticky and soft but and shows some slight imperfection but I contacted the designer Steven Tyler who also has a pair in his office and he confirmed that it's nothing unusual for the speakers of that vintage and it should not be a cause for concerns . The former owner decided to use fashionable at one time felt surround pad around the tweeters and the effect is clearly visible. Veneer is lighter where the felt was applied . There are no major imperfections on the finish , no dings deep scratches or damaged corners . Knots on the veneer show wood splits . Speakers still look very presentable and with grills (in perfect condition) on,
they look excellent and classy like all Proacs do. Local pickup in Detroit area is fine .I do have original shipping boxes so shipping is absolutely possible but can be expensive due to the weight and size of those lovely monsters.Shipping quote is for one speaker so you have to double the cost to get real shipping cost. I haven't written anything about sound but well they sound like Proac and albeit being big do not produce head banging levels or room shaking bass.
