The Revel Ultima Salon2

For years the Revel Ultima Salon shared Stereophile Class A status with a handful of speakers, some costing double or triple its $22,000 list price.

The Salon2 is a very transparent transducer. Set up properly with highly resolving source and amplification products in a suitable room, it plays with power and grace thoughout the audible range. It earned a slew of awards and high praise throughout the audio press.

Revel’s website declares, "Offering an elegant, designer-friendly appearance and unparalleled sound quality, the Salon2 is a floorstanding four-way system with three 8-inch woofers, a 6.5-inch mid-woofer, 4-inch midrange and 1-inch tweeter. Its sophisticated design even extends to the cast aluminum input and control panel, which is hidden from view, yet easily accessible. The smoked access panel continues the elegant shape of the cabinet, even when viewed from the side or rear. The Salon2 is as delightful for the discriminating eye as it is satisfying for the refined ear."

This is an immaculate pair of rosewood speakers. Includes the original boxes and packaging, spikes, jumpers, and documentation. I am the second owner and have had the Salons for several years.

Buyer arranges and pays for shipping. The shipping weight is 178 Pounds (80.7 kg) each and each box is 58x33x18 inches. I am often out of town but will be able ship between 1 and 9 days.
