Silverline Audio Preludes in Rosewood Excellent, orig owner, includes Silverline speaker cables

Never thought I would sell these but here they go - moving to a smaller home. I went to Rocky Mountain Audio Fest a few years ago and came across the Silverline Audio demo room. I was so impressed with the sound from the Preludes I bought a pair from the exhibitor and shipped them home. I also got the recommended Silverline Conductor speaker cables which really make these speakers perform. The speakers listed for $1,499, the cables were $50/ft. or $595 for the six foot pair and I was able to get them both for $2000 even at the show shipped and no tax.

The speakers are finished in the darker rosewood vinyl and is very easy to maintain. I cannot find any scratches are marks on them. With a sensitivity of 91dB they are a good match for tube amps. I used them with several different solid state amps with great results. One day I had them set-up next to my Wilson Sophias and when I went in for a listening session I had to get up and confirm which speakers were actually playing - the Preludes or the Wilsons? I was honestly not sure, that is how much bass these little wonders can produce and do it well. I met the designer, Alan Yun and he was very enthusiastic about his Prelude design. The custom aluminum/magnesium alloy drivers are small, fast and just sound fantastic. Lots of great reviews out there. A Stereophile magazine recommended speaker for many years.

I am also including the 6 ft. pair of Silverline Conductor speaker cables designed by Alan Yun. I like to run them bare ended with no terminals but have included spade and banana terminals if you prefer to use them.
