TAD Evolution One, three-way, reflex-loaded, floor-standing loudspeaker designed by the legendary Andrew Jones.
The TADs have been my dream speakers, which I have thoroughly enjoyed for the past couple years, however circumstances change. They are the low gloss black finish, very classy and low key, and are in excellent condition. I purchased them new from an authorized TAD dealer in March 2014. The TAD Evolution Ones have always received rave reviews, and have been used by major audio companies at the shows many times, for good reason.
The four drive-units are arrayed vertically, with TAD's signature Coherent Source Transducer (CST) concentric driver at the top: a 5½" magnesium midrange cone surrounding a 13/8" beryllium-dome tweeter. Below this driver are two 7" woofers with layered Aramid diaphragms.
They are truly a full range reference speaker, suitable for any reasonable room, large or small.
Freight shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. They will be shipped in their original cardboard cartons, both secured to a wood pallet. Buyer pays all shipping and transaction fees.
Original jumpers and leveling feet are included as part of the accessory kit.
I’ve priced these very aggressively relative to other Evolution Ones, which rarely come on the resale market. Please respect this and refrain from lowball banter, as I will not respond.
