I am replacing these Thiel CS 1.6 speakers only because I
wanted speakers with a lower bottom end.
I am the second owner, but they have served me with great pleasure for
nearly 14 years. The moderate condition
rating is due to age. The speakers
operate flawlessly, provide excellent imaging, and are visually
unobtrusive. Grilles and outriggers
included in the price.

I am wondering if you are interested in selling the outriggers alone. If yes, for how much? I have a pair of 1.6 and love them. You are right about the bass issues. All Thiels have somewhat lean bass.

At this time, I would prefer to keep the outriggers with the speakers. If you have 1.6s, you appreciate how tippy they are on their own. If I change my mind and decide to sell the outriggers separately, you will be the first to know.

The FedEx website tells me that shipment via FedEx ground would cost $167.24. I'd be happy to make it $165.
