Triangle Celius 202 floorstanding speakers. Lots of positive feedbacks! $2,200 M

The Celius 202 may be part of Triangle's mid-range series but the Celius 202 is the ranges' flagship model. It is a truly hidden gem among mid-range speakers. Beautifully constructed in France with a sound that belies its modest price tag. The three way design features two 6.25" woofers, a 6.25" mid-range and a 1" bullet tweeter. Frequency range is 45Hz to 20KHz with a nominal impedance of 8 ohms and a sensitivity of 92dB (very easy speaker to drive). When positioned correctly, the speakers are capable of some very breathtaking soundstage. Imaging was placed well center with a wide soundstage and impressive depth. Bass was tight and bountiful but not overpowering. The mids were rich and well textured with the highs incredibly detailed and sharp without sounding harsh. For the money, they are one of the better buys especially when your amps are tube based. They are so easy to blend. Physically, each speaker is about 45" tall, 9" wide and 12" deep and weights about 49lbs each.

Cosmetically, the speakers looks really good. Some scuff marks and knicks and very slight corner dings on the base. We don't have the original box but will securely pack this for safe shipping.
