Von Schweikert Audio VR-22 NEW IN BOX!

You've survived the Holidays, so treat  yourself to a new pair of speakers for 2017!

Back in the summer of 2014, I attended The Show in Newport Beach and won these speakers as part of a raffle contest!  Pretty Awesome and I took delivery of the speakers on the last day of The Show.  But, I was literally selling my home and moving to a smaller loft the very next month and so these VR-22 speakers were stored with the rest of my stuff in my air conditioned loft (I slept on the sofa and most of the remaining space was filled with boxes to the ceiling for 29 months but that's a whole 'nother Oprah).  

 
These speakers are New In Box, Untouched, Never Been Played, Never Been Unpacked.  I would love to hang on to them and "take them out for a spin", but I have moved to Northern California where unfortunately, space is currently at a premium (extensive remodel here we come!).  So, I am offering these brand new Von Schweikert Audio VR-22's for sale.
      

For those that asked, I finally had a break from moving and was able to determine that the speaker cloth is black and the wooden caps are what look like cherry wood. 


Since I've never listened to them, I cannot give you my personal observations, but you can read reviews on the VR-22's at Positive Feedback and at HiFi Zine.

There are two (2) boxes, but Audiogon only allows me to enter the dimensions of one (1) box.  So please multiply your shipping cost by two.  Buyer pays shipping.  Local pick up OK.  PayPal, please add 3%.
