Genesis Servo 12 Subwoofer, 2 new in box

Two Genesis Servo 12 Subwoofers, new in boxes with amplifiers, also in boxes. The woofers are offered either by themselves or with companion IM8300 speakers. The scoop: These speakers were part of a lot of new, unused equipment a friend got when Audio Research cleared out their back room of all the equipment William Johnson had received from his friend, Arnie Nudell. The new owners of ARC were not interested and wanted to clear things out. I acquired these along with a pair of IM 8300 speakers from the friend with the idea I would set up a home theatre system. At this point, however, the home theatre has taken a backseat to upgrading my 2 channel system, so these are for sale to raise some funds. I have opened the tops of the boxes to look inside, and everything appears fine. I have rated these 9 to avoid any issues. I have minimally unpacked one of the subs and one speaker for the photos. The servo amps come in two pieces - the amp itself which attaches to the back of the sub, and a separate power supply connected by an umbilical cable. For whatever reason, the IM8300's have grill frames, but no grill cloth on the frames. The foam on both the subwoofer and bass drivers in the 8300's appear good and are soft and flexible. The midrange and HF drivers on the 8300's appear perfect. The price including both subwoofers, the IM8300's and stands is $1800. The price for the subwoofers alone is $1200. The stands will be boxed for shipment. You are getting a lot of speaker for this price.
