Here is your chance to own a one of a kind arm.

After enjoying the original Grace G-714 arm for a few years, I started to realize that it wasn't sounding as good as some other tables that I heard with the same arm. I ended up sending it in to a shop to have it rewired only to find out the wood of the arm had warped beyond repair. I wasn't prepared to get another arm because I loved to Grace so much.
So I had it custom reproduced!

This arm has been custom machined from 5/16 6061 aircraft aluminum with silver wire along with a teak veneer to make it match the original arm. When it was complete the weight of the new arm was within en effective mass of .66 grams of the original! A true work of art! I also had a RCA box installed so that I could use silver wire IC's that were made for me by the same person. (I'm keeping those!)

Anyway, after finally getting enough money to upgrade my entire system, I purchased a beautiful Nottingham table. That is the only reason I am putting this arm up for sale.

I have spoken with the person who rewired the arm and he has given me permission to offer a LIFETIME GAURANTEE on the wiring itself as long as you contact him within the first 30 days of you purchasing the arm.

******This arm will also come with silicon fluid AND a MintLP protractor (that was made for a Kenwood KD500 turntable, but will work with other compatible effective length arm/table combos). That is a $115 option for free!

The only issue with the arm is the fact that the hydraulic lift is not holding up the arm. I am not sure what the cause is, but it never stopped me from being able to listen. It just took extra special care when placing the stylus on the record.

The rating is for age only. Technically, a large portion of this arm is now new.

Folks, this is a deal. This cost covers only the original price I paid for the arm, not the customization. The price is low because now I have to pay for the new turntable I bought (on a credit card with 22% interest).

Please feel free to ask any question you may have. I have fantastic feedback (check it out) and I will ship this extremely well to you. Of course if you live in the Bay Area I will be glad to meet you in person.

I have posted a couple pictures of the process of the custom arm fabrication. I have plenty of other pictures of everything, so please ask if you would like some.
