Here is the story of the cart; I bought it from a fellow member, mounted it carefully on my table. Used maybe 4 hours total on top of the 100 documented hours shown below. I went another way with my cart, nothing bad to say about this cart, just went another direction. It is very clean and is an excellent value. I'm honestly never sure about how to rate a cart, so I'm going a conservative 8.
