These are not the flawed rejects that have been rebuilt by another factory and being sold on eBay as new. Mine are directly from Apple Store within last 30 days

These are not part of the PowerBeats2 batch that were all made with flaws and build quality issues.  Since then Apple purchased the company and Apple being as meticulous about build quality as they are, has corrected all previous build quality issues. In fact made them even better. I picked up these two pair directly from Apple Store within last month. Every pair of PowerBeats 2 that I have found selling for under $160 are either not new, opened boxes or in 80% of the cases they are from the batch that had build quality issues producing all sorts of flaws. Some claim they have been rebuilt in another factory and are now ok, but the serial number is no longer able to be registered. In other words they are factory rejects that have been refurbished and now selling as new. Don't take that chance!!

WHY am I selling for half price if I just bought them within 30 days?  Good question, because I received them from Apple for free as part of a promotion combined with an exchange and gift card purchase. A little complicated but the result is they didn't cost me very much and I don't really need them because I already have a set of Bluetooth headphones.
