I am the co-owner of Ultra Fidelis, a high-end audio and home theater retail boutique in Milwaukee WI and we are an authorized Audioquest dealer. I am offering for sale, my personally owned .75M Audioquest Diamond FireWire cable in 9-Pin to 9-Pin (standard FireWire on both ends) terminations.

As most computer-based music enthusiasts have figured out, there are two important elements in getting the most out of your music files: 1) a dedicated music server/computer and 2) not using USB for both the DAC and outboard drives. For anyone using a dedicated computer, paired with an outboard hard drive, this FireWire cable is the perfect way to connect the outboard drive (assuming both are FireWire capable) and then use USB only on the computer to DAC leg. That is what I had been doing with a stripped-down Mac Mini until replacing it with an Aurender server recently.

The cable is in its original box and in mint condition. I will ship, at my expense, via UPS ground service on the next business day after payment. (Note: I will be having surgery and unable to ship between 10/12 and 10/16.)
