First reviewed by Hi-Fi Choice as a brand new cable back in 2003, the Timbre then received lavish praise and was bestowed with the ‘Best Buy’ badge. Forward to the November 2008 issue of Hi-Fi Choice and the Kimber Timbre is revisited for review again.

Five years on and with all the advances in cable manufacturing and technology – how will the Timbre fair in a round-up of analogue interconnects from the same price bracket?

A terrific result from a review that was every bit as good as the original back in 2003. In fact, as the Timber has stood the test of time, the praise and respect for the cable has grown and developed over that period:

I am the first owner and purchased this pair of analogue interconnects new from http://www.russandrews.com/ and it has been used on my personal Hi-Fi system for a year or so. So, I would expect that the cable interconnects are already broken – in and you do not need to wait for long time to get the best result out of your system.

The pair of analogue interconnects is in excellent working and cosmetic condition and I am selling this to put toward the cost to an upgraded system and I’ll be extremely sorry to see this go.

As you would expect they will come with all the original packaging and contents.

This will be a real treat to any Hi-Fi, Home Theatre enthusiast and I am confident that any discerning buyer will not be disappointed.
