Only selling because I have downsized and I am taking a break from the hobby and most of my other S.R. gear is already sold.

COMPARING OLD ENIGMA BULLETS TO NEW UEF TUNING CIRCUITS
These new UEF Tuning Circuits produce a huge improvement when compared directly to the older model Enigma Tuning Bullets. In my system, these new UEF Tuning Circuits made a bigger improvement in sound quality than when I upgraded to the Galileo MPC units. The UEFs produce a liquidity that just isn't there with the old Enigma Bullets. They produce a lower noise floor which make every part of the music sound better. Smoother, yet sharper, definition, dynamics and decay. Smooth and sharp don't seem to make sense but that is what you get in a much more pleasant manner than the Enigma Bullets provide.

In my work, I have had the opportunity to listen 100s if not 1000s of pianos in 100s of different venues. So, I use this live piano experience to help me evaluate audio systems. The piano cabinet reverberating. The strings vibrating against the sound board. Big, rich notes that hang in the air up to several seconds. Most audio systems can't reproduced that complex note accurately. The leading edge, tone, timber, the length of the decay. I think tone and timber are more a function of component matching but the leading edge and decay of each note is more a function of a black background that is produced by lowering the noise floor. IMO, that is what Synergistic Research does best. They have this cumulative effect where each additional unit of theirs that you add, just keeps lowering the noise floor even further. At the retail price of $75 each, The UEF Tuning Circuits have to be one of the biggest bang for your buck products in the entire HiFi industry.
