James Burgess Full Function Preamp that needs repair

I purchased this for $1400 a year or so ago.I have not really used it much, but it used to work fine. Now however, it has a buzz in both channels and the music sounds a little muffled. I am not going to bother fixing it. That is the bad news.The good news is that it has several inputs plus two outputs AND a fine phono stage that will accomodate both MM and MC, with several settings..It has a functioning solid state seperate power supply and a tube power supply[also seperate] that doesnt work [I suspect it needs a new tube as it did work]..It does come with all vintage American tubes except the rectifier.I will include shipping in the purchase price.If you use paypal, please add 3%..If you are local and can pick it up, i will sell it for $300 cash..The price is fixed, so please don't offer any less. If I can't sell it in a week or so, I have a couple of tech friends I would give it to.. This is a chance for someone who knows repairs to get a fine piece with an excellent phono stage.I would consider a trade..The chassis is a thick brass and it is very stout.
