Limited Edition UHQR half-speed 45 RPM pressing of Reference Recordings RR-8 Red Norvo Quintet The Forward Look by JVC. This is a reissue pressing from Japanese company JVC of this title done in the 1980's, similar to those UHQR pressings of MFSL and M&K titles. I have an unreleased UHQR test pressing of M&K Realtime RT-307 on another listing on ebay also.
The LP is in mint minus condition. I bought it years ago from Better Records and have played it once on my SME turntable with Graham arm after cleaning on a Nitty Gritty LP cleaner. The jacket is also in mint minus condition. The original rice paper sleeve is also intact.
I have a regular release of this title also in my collection and thought the UHQR version sounded better, but your mileage may vary. Reference Recordings are well-known for exactly that, reference recordings that can demo how good your stereo sounds. This certainly is no exception to that rule.
