Joule Electra LA-150 MKII Pre Amp

Up for your consideration is my Joule Electra LA150mkII pre amp. Rave reviews on this piece. This is an original (with Cardas wiring) and not an upgraded version. This is one beautiful piece. Pictures do it no justice. Operates flawlessly. The original packing, box, manual and remote is included. Also included is a complete set of tubes supplied by Joule Electra. I tested the tubes that are in it and they all scored above average. New owner will be set for a very long time. Paypal adds 3.5% to the final price.

For full discloser; I just recently acquired this from a fellow Audiogoner. He claimed there was a very tiny hairline scratch on the front. And because of that he had it rated a 7. So I listed it the same 7. I still can’t find that scratch, even with a bright flashlight. He was being extremely conservative with that rating. I would feel very comfortable rating this a solid 8 and I think you would agree after seeing it that it could even be a 9.
Why am I selling it after I just bought it? I’s a long story, but I’ll try to keep it simple. I had a wanted ad for an Art Audio pre amp (it’s still active for another week or so) but got no responses. Then this one came along and looked interesting, so I bought it. The very next day after agreeing to this purchase someone contacted me who had an Art Audio for sale. So now I have two pre amps. I really think my reasoning for choosing the Art Audio is biased since my amp and phono stage is Art Audio and that’s what I set out for originally.
