This preamp is in conservatively rated for slight wearing of lettering in one or two spots. Upgraded to MkII in 2008. Never any maintenance issues with this unit. Comes with a set of tube dampers. Will ship in the box that Joule used to ship to me after upgrade - may not be the original box. Winner of The Absolute Sound 2007 Golden Ear Award (HP). Very nice preamp!
