KCI - Silkworm+ IC's - XLR, 1M
These cables have very light use, are in as new shape. These are rarely offered, for the obvious reasons. I'm selling my pair to fund the purchase of a dedicated phono unit.
In my system, the Silkworm+ offered excellent bottom end and truly stellar mids through top end. Very quiet and detailed - you can hear far into any decently recorded music. At the price point, you could do far worse - I know, I've owned many. If you’re new to this cable, there's plenty of reviews on this site - none bad.
Finally, many people have questioned whether the Silkworm+ is better/worse than the Gabriel Gold Reflection. I've not myself heard the Reflection but have questioned owners who owned both and so far, it’s either a tie or a slight nod to the Silkworm+. Keep in mind though, this stuff is all so subjective to what people are listening for, the quality of their gear, how well they've arranged it in their room, musical taste, etc. Religious wars over cables are fun to read, but really quite useless because 'you' are the one who's going to decide what 'you' like and live with.
