I am reluctantly offering my pair of original Krell FPB 350 mono blocks for sale. The amps are used, but are in overall fair condition with the notable exceptions being a scratch on the top of one amp, small paint dots on the rear top of the other amp, and small scratches on the top edge of the amps. Pictures do not do these amps justice for they are absolutely gorgeous in person. In terms of sound, these are among the best set of solid state amps I have heard. In addition to enormous power reserves and bass authority, these amps have a sense of inner detail and air often heard in low powered tube amps. Whereas the MC versions of these amps are darker, these have a greater sense of speed and air. These versions also feature single-ended inputs and detachable power cords. I do not have the original boxes or owner's manual but can ship these is crates via truck at the owner's expense. To avoid hassles with shipping, however, I will give preference to local S.F. Bay Area sales. Selling these amps to raise cash, but may consider a trade for Audio Research Reference preamps (preferably silver) or possible Reference amps.
