Linn AKIVA (ESC retipped)

This is Linn's flagship moving coil cartridge. This example has been fully overhauled, serviced and retipped by the renowned Expert Stylus Company, the best in the business as far as the UK is concerned. Their craftsmanship is second to none and there is always a long lead time if you want every get them to undertake and work for you. It comes just as in the pictures with packing box, linn outer box, presentation box, cap head screws and hex key, instructions and invoice from Expert Stylus company. This akiva was completely serviced and overhauled by them, retipped and then tested and auditioned by them. It has since been tested for just half a side to check that it is absolutely spot on. With new Akivas costing as much as £2370 this is a chance to experience one for a considerable saving. Audiophiles will know that like an 'expert stylus troika', the sound of an ESC Akiva will not be 100% exactly the same as brand new Linn akiva but it will be very very close and certainly not inferior, just slightly different.
