Apogee Acoustics DIVA Completely Re-Done

Original Apogee Diva's just completely redone by Bill Thalmann at Music Technology Inc. Bill is one of the premier installers approved by Apogee Acoustics and is renown for his expertise in overhauling Apogee's to perfection.  These have all new Graz ribbons (including lightweight tweeter), new foam, new "socks", new grille cloth, and completely refinished frames in satin, anthracite gray.  Bill has tested them and says they sound magnificent.  The speakers are in 10 condition at this point and ready to be shipped to their new owner from Bill's VA business.
These belonged to a dear friend of mine who passed away and it was my intent to have them redone and use them, but I am moving to smaller home where I won't have the right space to appreciate them.  I have spent 6 months and over $8K just to get them to this better than new condition. I say "better than new" because the new ribbons and foam are considerably better than original equipment and result in a better performing speaker.  Apogee overhauls are not for the faint of heart as it takes months of effort and plenty of tied up capital to get to this point.  
In addition to the speakers, the stands are being refinished to complete the cosmetic portion of the overhaul.  The crossovers are stock and do have minor marks primarily on the tops.  This are surface blemishes and not generally noticeable except in certain light.  These cannot be finished without losing the original silk screen graphics.  In addition, I had custom, foam lined wooden crates made to protect these beautiful speakers at substantial expense.  Crates and foam are expensive ($800) but necessary to protect these beauties during shipment.  Bill says Diva's "travel well" because the ribbons are supported at more than two points.
This is the only pair of Diva's on Audiogon over the last several years that I have seen being sold direct from overhaul.  My price is extremely good based on the market for these fabulous speakers and I am not taking offers.  Buyer is responsible for freight shipping from Music Technology to their new home.  9/10 grading is based on crossovers, not speakers.
