Well this is not a pair of speakers that shows up on Audiogon very often, is it? I am sadly selling my Arrakis to fund some other investments, but they are by far the best speakers I have ever owned or heard. According to Robert Harley from Stereophile Magazine, they were part of "The best Stereo System I've Ever Heard."
This pair was recently sent in to Rockport for a complete upgrade and is now basically new. They are now fully updated, bi-amped and have the most current drivers (not in picture). I have not removed them from the crates since getting them back from Rockport so they will be factory fresh for the next owner. Paint is perfect and I am the original owner.
This particular pair of Arrakis is very special, but rather than going into details on Audiogon, I would invite any serious buyers to call me to discuss.
