Excellent shape, only a couple of months old, excellent warranty. Comes with all items from factory. This has reviewed extremely well for its DAC and its headphone amplifier. I've had the benchmark and NAD products and I think the Codex delivers better than the benchmarks and the same, but different, than the NAD M51--although the codex is less expensive and has the headphone output.
