The music hall mmf-9.3 turntable, is a two speed, belt driven audiophile turntable employing the unique triple plinth construction originated by music hall.

The distinctive design isolates the critical sound reproducing components: platter, main bearing, tonearm, and cartridge, on the top platform, from the adjustable tip-toe feet and wiring, which are mounted on the bottom platform. The motor and speed controls are isolated on their own vibration damping base and completely decoupled from the turntable.

Triple plinth construction for audiophile sound and elegance

The special triple plinth design keeps the most crucial audio components isolated from the others. The platter, tonearm, main bearing, and the premounted WITH optional Goldring Eroica LX low-output moving-coil cartridge with Gyger II line contact stylus are all located on the MMF-9.3’s top platform. The foot rests for balanced support and the turntable’s wiring are all located separately on the bottom platform. Controls for the adjustable speed settings, and the turntable’s motor are isolated on their own damping base to reduce any vibration or excess noise. This help eliminate any sound that could be picked up by the stylus and the motor decoupled from other components on the turntable. Each of the three platforms are separated using Sorbothane hemispheres for enhanced table suspension and effective vibration damping. The Music Hall MMF-9.3 audiophile quality turntable is available in a beautiful high-gloss piano black lacquer finish, and has the option of being purchased with or without cartridge.
