Jeff Rowland Aeris DAC with external power supply & machined remote. Fully capable of running direct  w/o preamp to power amp w/ brilliant remote volume control. This DAC w/ external power supply is machined from solid billet aluminum block and weighs 26 LBS. An impressive electronic package. Simply beautiful workmanship & a wonderfully sounding DAC. My own take of the sound of this DAC: Very musical, organic, liquid and spacious. Excellent condition, purchased from Jeff Rowland Dealer w/ all factory boxes, manual, power cords and available with warranty. POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE 65-285 Work in global configuration(s)  I use all Jeff Rowland electronics in my system and have been since 1990. FYI: This unit is being replaced in my system with the new Berkeley Audio Reference DAC 2 ($19,500). I am in the Dallas area and have been in the area for 45 years. I attribute this to the ultra-quiet ultra-black background. It’s black hole dark in there. So otherwise well-balanced mixes that nevertheless feature a purposely spot-lit performer (usually vocals but often a lead guitarist or soloist) will delight the listener with a stunning ‘in the room‘ perspective. Also responsible for this phenomenon is the Aeris’ extraordinary resolution and instrumental separation. Every strand, every nuance is clearly displayed even while still providing detail-rich smoothness and yes, musicality. In fact going back to my notes, I noticed in big capital letters the words written in messy haste whilst obviously relishing the tunes: “THIS DAC IS PURE MUSIC!”
