We have one Demo Pear Audio Blue Robin Hood turntable available for immediate sale. This unit features a custom gloss black top, which has received a lot of attention and rave notices for it's stunning looks. The contract between the black plinth and the natural wood on the double plinth sides is especially beautiful. The unit includes the excellent Pear Audio Blue Cornet 1 tonearm. Cosmetically, the unit is in like new condition and plays perfectly. We have used this turntable at recent audio shows and reviewers, audio press and attendees have raved about the look and performance of this turntable.
The Pear Audio Robin Hood turntable and Cornet 1 tonearm are Pear Audio Analogue's entry-level products, but the sound they produce is anything but entry. The Robin Hood can be characterized as smooth, musical and quiet. The double plinth is virtually eliminates crossover noise and vibration between the platter bearing, motor and the tonearm. It's sound is similar to it's more expensive siblings the excellent Kid Howard and the outstanding Kid Thomas. The Robin Hood deck is quite compact and simple to setup and operate.
