Octave Audio V-110 Integrated w/Black Box

Overview

For sale is an Octave V110 and accompanying Black Box external power supply, top of the line in Octaves excellent lineup of integrated tubes, a greatly improved V70SE/V80. The Black Box was a $1200 option on top of the cost of the V110, and is a significant upgrade.

Matched KT120 tubes are used all around. I estimate about 400 hours of playing time.

Purchased specifically for use with Dynaudio Sapphire speakers (also for sale on Audiogon), per recommendation from dealer, and from Dynaudio themselves. It is an excellent match, and should you be interested in buying both, I will offer a discounted price. I also have matching cables, and interconnects from Nordost.

I am the original owner and this integrated is in excellent condition. I rated 8 only because the Black Box has a small chip in the corner. The V110 is in excellent condition. I am selling due to a move to smaller house, so my two channel setup has no home. There are no known sonic problems with this integrated.

Purchased from authorized dealer 1/2015, I am the only owner.

Condition

This amp has always been used in a non-smoking house using excellent speakers -- Dynaudio Sapphires (also for sale). Never overdriven, not much point with a tube amp.

Shipping and Payment

I have the original shipping and packaging (lost the inner tube box for the V110, but Dynaudio US is replacing and will be in place prior to shipping). I will only ship with insurance, but, I can tell you that the packing materials are very, very good. KT120 Tubes will be removed and shipped in special tube box.

Buyers who want to use PayPal will pay the 2.9% fee. Buyer will pay full shipping costs and insurance for the purchase price. I will pack carefully.

I am a longtime Audiogoner with excellent feedback, although I am not a dealer, so I do not do a lot of volume. I have represented and photographed this piece to the best of my ability, but this is an "as is" used tube integrated amplifier.
