<Price Reduced for final time> For sale is my Empirical Audio OverDrive SE USB DAC with all the available OverDrive Signature upgrades, which include: D/A Hynes Regs, Analog Hynes Regs, Ground Plane
mods, USB Hynes, CuTF V-Caps, Empirical TurboClock, etc… I am the original owner, and take extremely good care of my equipment.

If you Google the upgraded versions of this DAC, you'll find this is truly a world-class component.

This unit has the older style chassis, and I believe was one of the first one or two units Steve made, before moving to the new chassis style. Thus, the deep discount you'll get on this unit vs a 'loaded' version using the newer style chassis. 

Unit comes with all original boxes and manual, all AC adapters, and factory supplied cable that sends the power from the Substation to the OverDrive. Current software drivers may be obtained from Empirical Audio, and are based on M2Tech drivers.

These links show the impulse response of the Overdrive DAC at 24/96 and 24/192. Hardly any pre-ring and the pulse gets almost to 1.5V (the input level). Pulse on the 24/96 reaches 1.233V. Other DACs have more pre-ring and never get anywhere near the amplitude of the input signal. This demonstrates the fast slew-rate of this DAC and the grip that it has on transients.
